We train officers and ratings to ensure an adequate supply of qualified personnel to man our Principal’s fleets, the continuity of employment and generate steadily more value for clients. We provide trainings on Safety, Seamanship as well as Maritime English.

Upgrading programs are substantiated by Computer Based Training (CBT) software and video viewing which is primarily designed to enhance the competency of our Crews sent onboard.

Crew’s appraisal on his previous employment shall be monitored for upgrading and training purposes.  The training shall be conducted either in-house or at the third party’s location.
