Pre-employment • Medical examination, including drug and alcohol tests, and HIV test by internationally recognized medical centers. • Crew contract and company’s SMS/policy familiarization. • Provision of working gear (safety shoes, company logo-printed overall, etc) • Flag state licenses and other flag requirements. • Pre-departure orientation.
