To place qualified and fully trained crew, to guarantee safe ship operation and to concern for the marine environment
Goals
- Maximum percentage of complaint received from the customer for Crew’s incompetency and English ability is 5%.
- Maximum percentage of complaint received for services given by the Company is 5%.
- Maximum percentage of failure in pre-departure/travelling arrangement is 0%, exception applied for uncontrollable and unpredictable factors, such as natural disaster, technical troubles with airlines, etc.
- Maximum percentage of crew requirement that is unable to fulfill by the Company is 10%.
- Employee is scheduled to attend training, either in-house or external, minimum one time per year for the purpose of continuous improvement.
