our business activities :
- 1st floor for recruitment activities, including crew database, verification activity, selection, pre employment,
pre-departure
- 2nd floor for Customer Relations and Account activities
- 3rd floor for Assessment and Training activities
- 4th floor for transit accommodation for crew under deploying process
With the integrated information technulogies, we hope to make our services
better and faster. The overseas principal can interview our applicants through
the Video Conferencing so the Employer can interact directly with their
prospective employees. Also, we have developed Crew Management software, which allows us to :
- Manage up to 10,000 crew databases
- Do faster and more appropriate crew selection and provide precise crew Biodata
- Maintain crew records for upgrading and training, crew tracking and reemployment
