| We realized that the quality of crew plays an important role in the management of a
vessel. Thus, in this occasion, we are offering crew management services, pecialized to recruit and place high quality and experienced seafarer as well as to manage excrew to join back for next employment after going through their performance monitoring and required training/upgrading. In connection with the implementation of the MLC 2006, we have created a Quality Management System and Procedures that cover all matters relating to the MLC 2006, particularly in terms of the fulfillment of crew competence qualifications, medical fitness, employment agreement, pre-employment, pre-departure, training plan and crew database.These system and procedures have been certified and accredited with ISO 9001:2008 from Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited.
