We realized that the quality of crew plays an important role in the management of a
vessel. Thus, in this occasion, we are offering crew management servicess, pecialized
to recruit and place high quality and experienced seafarer as well as to manage ex-crew to join back for next employment after going through their performance monitoring and required training/upgrading.
In connection with the implementation of the MLC 2006, we have created a Quality Management System and Procedures that cover all matters relating to the MLC 2006, particularly in terms of the fulfillment of crew competence qualifications, medical fitness, employment agreement, pre-employment, pre-departure, training plan and crew database. These system and procedures have been certified and accredited with ISO 9001:2008 from Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited. Additionally, we emphasize that there are no fees or other charges for seafarer recruitment or placement and that we have a system of protection to compensate seafarer and ship’s owner from monetary loss that may incurred during the recruitment and employment process.

service quality in order to meet Principals’ expectations in Crew Management. We

industry with reference to International standards and regulations, such as : IMO/STCW
