Found in 1993, the company is run by the retired Master Mariners and Chief Engineers, Hotelier, English Trainer and Management Professionals. Currently, it occupies own 4-storeys building to conduct company’s business activities, including Recruitment and Selection, Pre-Employment and Pre-Departure, Assessment and Training, Retention Management, Crew Welfare, etc.

In addition, we have successfully developed Crew Management software that enables us to do a faster and more appropriate selection to provide precise crew biodata and documents, control the validity of all crew’s documents and certificates, perform all crew tracking and any other info related to crew’s employments, etc.

Our determination is to implement ZERO MISTAKE in all aspects, including in the recruitment of crew and services we delivered. We have strong commitment to continually improve our Crew’s Quality as well as our Service Quality in order to meet our Principals' Expectations in Crew Management. We always apply the most excellent services and best practices in the Crew Management industry with reference to International standards and regulations such as; IMO/STCW 95, ISM, ISPS, Flag States, ISO 9001 and others. 

We aim to place dedicated and qualified Indonesian crew on our Principal's vessels, serving with high motivation and professionalism and becoming a trusted and long-term partner for our Principals, to support their business activities more effective, efficient with reasonable crew cost.
